And the addition of new analysis capabilities help you solve your hardest problems quickly.

Several versions available

The InfiniiVision 3000T X-series is available with 2 or 4 analog channels, bandwidth from 100 MHz to 1 GHz, as well as with or without mixed-signal functionality. Please note, the MSO feature can be added at a later date with the purchase of option DSOXT3MSO.
